Im not sure if this is also my case. I cannot be online until tomorrow, but in my support tickets, my server transfer is still unanswered.

Staff, please respond to our cases. I spent for both founders pack 1 AND 3 before the discounted rate, and my friends have all moved to Telsai except me. Feels bad to have spent so much on the game, but to not be able to play with my friends.
I did the server transfer request, but did not check to see if the support ticket was created. Turns out the support ticket was not created.
Staff, please, please read and respond to this. I am deeply saddened by the transfer issue.
