Tried contacting support twice alreadyabout it but theyjust give me a generic reply saying my account has been banned because it broke eula and the tos. Havn’t played in months and now that I want to try the game I can’t, any idea as to what I can do? Submitting tickets just give me the generic answer. And I have no clue as to what rules my account must have broken
Before, some accounts with some addons were banned.
If your addon allowed you to access NPC blacksmith, market, or other NPC without being near the NPC -> ban.
Or you were banned by mistake.
Never downloaded any add-on’s so im sure that’s not the case for it 
Sent a third ticket in order to find out exactly why I was banned so awaiting on the generic excuse it spits at me at the moment… but i wanted to playthis on the 2nd and the buzz I had for playing the game is fading away each day

Look which staff member was active most recent. Just take several of them.
Type @ and select their name to summon staff here with reply.

So yeah just woke up to the same bot response from my third ticket I submit to appeal the ban that I’ve yet to find out the reason for… Why is there an option to appeal a ban if all we get is a bot telling us the info for it??
I’m still waiting for a response from anybody… How long do I have to wait till a staff member looks into it? And is posting once a day not considered as spam?
When I try to log in shouldn’t it tell me I’m banned instead of telling me that “access is denied due to maintenance or other reasons please contact support” but what good does contacting support make if I can’t get a straight answer?
Tried looking for my account name and house name under the ban list and nothing showed up… then again I have no idea when it was banned to begging with since it’s been months since last I played.

Staff Letitia found the account now waiting for her to let me know what the issue was. Hopefully it can get sorted out soon.
For my own records and for anybody that cares, still waiting for a reply from letitia and/or any other staff that could help me.

@Tsuriki The staff reply I got was 4 days ago, and that was two days after I made the topic. Give it some time, I know they are busy and low in numbers but still seems to take forever…
STAFF_Letitia looked into the permanent ban and lift it so I can finally log back into the game. Issue has been resolved.
Tried to log in today now that I have some free time, same error. I know it’s been about a month since I was told it was fixed but i was unable to even try to log in then and it seems like nothing got fixed. I should have tested it then to see if it worked so next time I wanted to log on I would actually be able to but here we are now. Going to be contacting staff (again) and see if they can help (again) because if it was fixed and I did not log in till after a month of when I was told I could log in it doesn’t not make sense to me that the account should be “banned” even though nowhere does it even mention it is banned and no information as to why it is happening was given to me because of “security reasons”.

For record keeping the error is the same
"Your access to the game is currently restricted due to maintenance or other reasons. Please contact support through our homepage for more details" Of which of course were given none.
