Not seized Again

Good Evening,

I come as a leader of Skyline to request the review of the last guild wars territory which happened today (October 25), we fought during the whole GTW perfectly and in the final minute after appearing “Victory” on the screen, the channel in Genar Field crashed and now it appears as " Not Seized " on the main map of the game.

This is not the first time that this has happened, and the server goes down. This has already caused problems to many guilds and will continue to happen, until when?
This is very frustrating, because it shows the lack of respect the company has towards its customers.

We need a quick response from you, because it is already the second week that a guild ends without feud because of a crash. Just take a look at the videos and see who was the last guild standing victorious in Genar Field and fix the server stability.
We expect a solution as soon as possible.

The least that the IMC has to do is recognize the problem and solve it.
We suffer from several problems that take a long time to be solved, the ticket support is horrible.

OK, my guild and I got ready for a GTW, we fought, we won and for a bug in the game we were left without a feud. Time to fix it.

and here we go again, @GM_Francis The Channel crash after we get Field, and we will be without reward from the city silver and we will not be able to make the guild borute, imc Intends to correct the error or we can simply ignore the content because there is always a new problem that is not fixed?

Please imc fixed the problema and correct the error, its a.problem that needs urgent to correct.

Its a third time in this year and nothing was made.

The only guild that manages to beat the Skyline at Gamer Field is the IMC.
For now, we still don’t know how to beat IMC and your “bugs” and “crashes”. :unamused:

Guys anyone can tell if this is happening in others servers ?
By the way the world boss ch in silute crashes so the boss can spawn in a better time.
Maybe this is an intentional exploit abuse, IMC need to investigate this.

It is not the first and much less the second time that this happens, there are people cramming the channels on purpose to harm an entire guild, the people cramming the world boss channel to control the time and now they have cramped the GTW channel on their own of bullshit between players, if possible investigate this IMC, there is no point just for the SA server to be without deserved support, if it had happened on other servers like NA or ASIA I guarantee that you would have fixed this a long time ago. So I ask you to check this exploit that you are making and take the necessary measures in front of these people who are abusing a bug within the game, I guarantee you that if it was an exploit that is damaged you would be fixed right away. We all just want one thing, a better server.

That video “evidence” with extreme low quality can’t show anything. I would be careful, @GM_Francis and staffs. This could be extremely misleading and false. Remember the conduct of messing in GTW and the outcome of it.

Dear Friend, they dont need to read anything GM and Staff members can check the log and see what happened the important thing is this need to be fixed. Its not the first time this happened on silute ,i think 2 times with Skyline and 1 with Limit guild.
So go back and think twice before you come here just to flame a serious topic.
The main problem is everybody in the game knows that there is people that knows how to crash channels and are using it in malicious way to harm others people gameplay this no acceptable.
There is a high possibility that is the case is this crash since there is only a few people in the channel and no fighting for the fief.
@GM_Francis When are we going to recive an answer about this ?

As you can see they are shouting about crashing the field they are making fun of your game IMC.
If the exploiters and bug abusers see that there is no punishment for doing this they will keep doing and GTW will die in silute.
95+ players get punished because of 1 malicious player.
Can you guys look into it please ?

This company, IMC GAMES is NEVER there for its players, they just “reproach” what they like … I NEVER saw such ineffective support, all the problems that the game had (that took money out of their pockets) they solved immediately .

Good thing they launched Genshin Impact, at least I spend my money there and I have the minimum of support.
