Not receiving guild promotion reward

Bug Description :
last week our guild still receiving the weekly promotion guild reward, but this week we don’t get any.if after tomorrow patch no weekly reward that will be 2 weeks without weekly reward.
its stated in event page that

• event end on june 22nd
• The rewards will be given during the scheduled maintenance every week via guild storage of the guild written on the post.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. check guild storage
2. no weekly reward this week

Are you sure the rewards you already received weren’t the ones from the forum promotion event?

It also says the reset is Tuesday morning at midnight, even though guild events reset Monday mornings, so it’s possible if you did your guild event Monday, that it didn’t count? Are you in a growth server guild or a Klaipeda guild? Which rewards did you get?

yep im talkin about promotion event

our guild is from old server/Klaipeda
we met the requirement so we received the reward in the first week, but then this week we got nothing
if I read the event page myself theres no requirement about when we should perform guild event/quest to trigger/make it count for us to get reward
the only requirement written in event page is that we have to make post in forum and that’s it, we eligible for rewards which we supposed weekly reward
the reward we received is correct according to event page

• 200 Guild Mileage Point x20

I don’t think it’s 1 reward every week

They will distribute rewards every week after maintenance for the guild that didn’t received yet.
