It’s not necessary, but it’s really strong even without str. If you want, you could move one point to Valk. But then again, there are warp scrolls.

Basic warp scrolls, then again, you can warp to city and use the city’s warp. Up to you
but realistically speaking how big of an impact would be a point less in Carve Attack? ik, it sounds dumb to get Carve of Valk when there is scrolls, but maybe its not a big deal anyway? im just curious! Just wondering for the tip of extra ultility i could bring for my team, they can also use my carve, i assume.
1 point shouldn’t make that big of a difference. Honestly, it’s great for leveling up or completing quests. But in dungeons, I rarely use carve as there are other DPS.
i found carve to be situational, and it can miss a bunch. 1 aoe
cure does nice dmg to most things, like bosses. 2 aoe
im diev 3 lvl 130. i found it to be ok class, not op, but im not sure later.
diev 3 is definitely worth it, especially for pvp which im focusing on.
statue is a bit awkward with monsters hitting the back or sides of it, so u might have to use 2 at once, closer range.
priest and druid both have a good reason being rank6 pick. Cleric 2 is strongly recommended. anyone who says otherwise is killing their party.
im personally going for oracle because it shows more promise and sounds more fun. i think im going oracle3. i find going c3 mostly gives the best results.
i think priest 1 is kinda of a waste of a rank because 1/4 skills is actually useful. you should either go priest 2/3 for revive and the heal.
so i think diev3 doesnt go along with priest at all to be effective, but it steals one skill that might pay for itself in certain situations.
anyway trying to bite more than u can chew kind of situation, pick the best suitable classes together as much as possible, but dont go taking everything thats sounds good and put them together because not all of them mix well.

Hmm how do you deal with cleric early game before diev? Im currently having a difficult time with flying mobs… I only deal around 10-20 damage pet auto… I have no clue since I got used to str cleric due to monk… Pardoner buffs are currently not available die to varena being a new server.
Without Pardoner you’re kind of screwed.
Things that can help:
- Make friends
- Make friends
- Make friends
- Have high level Pet
- Upgrade your weapon as much as possible
- Upgrade your weapon as much as possible
- Upgrade your weapon as much as possible
- Property attack gear (Head, Set, etc)
- Str gear
If i got it right it has solely to due with counterspell, as that allows you to negate a good chunk of magic dmg with a mere 1 rank investment. No other r6 option can offer dmg prevention for that build iirc.
Prophecy is rather nice, but dispellers scrolls can fill that niche if you have no other choice.
Forecast would also be good to have for boss fights, but again can be replicated forecast scrolls. + it’s currently buggy and tends to not show enemy aoe’s…

Why would you want it to get deleted? There seems to be many players discussing about cleric builds in general in this thread and it has lots of different opinions and views on this class collected in one relatively long thread. Since you’ve already edited your OP, I see no point to request a delete. It would be really rude for the other participants of this thread and I saw nothing that breaks the forum rules either.
Anyways, if there’s some clearly better cleric build than others, the masses can easily google it and follow the build instructions. Deleting this thread doesn’t change that and it would do more harm instead.

There’s also a lot of discussion in other threads. I believe many of the points stated in this thread were mentioned in all the other threads, that’s why i feel like there’s no point in keeping them around. And anyways, the deletion of this thread is so people won’t just blindly follow a guide just because people are telling them to do so.
