Bug Description : I cannot use any skills on any characters, was working fine last night, but today when I got on I found out that I cannot use any skills.
Normal attacks work fine, am able to jump. Chatting, dungeon entries, everything else is fine.
I have verified game files via steam, and have even reinstalled the game again but it keeps happening over and over.
