Noob Questions about Talt

How much is talt=silver conversion(Telsiai server)?

What happens if you transfer talt to another character via storage? does it become untradable? (asking this question because…IMC restrictions  )

If you recieve talt from other players, is it still tradable?

depends on how talt receivers “value” talts, usually if you’re buying…let’s say a petamion recipe in market sells for 3m, offer someone selling around 500 talts instead of 600, it’s because market has tax and commission fee, along with delayed silver.

For guilds, some people buy them for around 6k or more each on market.

it’s still tradable

no

It’s always been 5k silver to me, and most of the time people use that to trade for stuff they want to buy. Example: Mithril = 80 (ish) talt.

Talt doesn’t become untradable if you share it through team storage. But if you buy them from the market, they do.

Nope.

Wait, It becomes untradable after traded? So people who sells to talt are only Guild Masters? or do these people only sell it to NPC for silvers or does Talt has any more uses?

They sell it to npc for instant silver and as I said, avoiding market tax and silver delay on market, so don’t consider talt as flat 5k when comparing to market price

Well, since you can’t really trade silver, people use talt as an alternative. 1 talt = 5k silver, after all, and you get the money by selling them to NPCs.

They are used for guilds as well, though.

So its MarketPrice-10%Price/5000=number of talts? Ok thanks!

If not clear: The value of the item in the game is 5000. This is the amount you receive when you sell to an NPC, that’s why it has become the alternative currency and the fact of being tradable or untradable after trade/buy isn’t relevant in most cases, it’s like a bank cheque that people exchange into silver.
