Noob Questiong About Servers

  1. What are the list of the servers?
  2. Are they specified per region?
  3. For example I want to play on SEA, is there a server on SEA? Do you download the same client across every region?

As of now there are 4 servers: Klaipeda, Orsha, [EU] Fedimian, [SEA] Telsiai
Currently all servers are still located in the US, but they are planning to relocate the EU and SEA server closer to home later.
You just download the game and once you start the game you get to pick a server you want to play in.

I guess there will be more servers opening up when F2P starts to fit all the newcommers.

The current servers are Klaipeda, Orsha, Fedimian, and Telsiai. There is also a fifth un-named server they haven’t released yet.

Right now all 4 servers are located in the US.
Fedimian is the EU server and is being moved to Germany
Telsiai is the SEA server and will be moved to Singapore
The server they haven’t released yet will be for South America.

Yes, all of the servers are accessed through the Steam client, you just pick the one you want to play from the list of servers you will see when you open the game.

When the game goes F2P the SEA server is going to have fair regional pricing, so you won’t have to pay US rates for the premium items and currency, but the items and currency you purchase with the regional pricing will only be usable on the SEA server.

wait, DLC?! There is a purchasble DLC. Meaning not everything was released/will be released for free to play? is this DLC same with off line games DLC which consists of content expansion available only for those who purchase? :smiley:

Yeah, you will be able to play the game for free some time in May. The DLC packs just let you play early because some people don’t want to wait.

there is no extra game content in the “DLC”, it’s just that steam doesn’t have any other way to offer purchases for a game except as “DLC”.

the “DLC” is a bundle of TP (the cash shop currency) and in-game items.

if you’re in the EU/USA region, it’s significantly cheaper in these bundles than it will be in the future, so stock up now.
if you’re in the SA/SEA region, it will probably be a lot cheaper for you -after- the server moves are complete., however the DLC bundles might not be available at that point either. your choice.
