Non-stop crashing channels [Silute]

Date and Time(Please, specify the timezone) : Since Nov 28 scheduled maintenance, but got worse in the last two days. Problem occurs all the time.

Server Name: [SA] Silute

Team Name: Pokart

Character Name: all my characters

Bug Description :
Channel 1 of every town map keeps crashing every ~5 minutes. Other channels crash too, but less frequently. Instanced map channels crash all the time. I got lucky I managed to do Saalus with two characters, but I wasn’t able to do it since yesterday’s night.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Try to play the game
  2. Get disconnected after staying in a town map for ~5min or after entering an instanced dungeon
  3. Waste your time, multiply vouchers and token duration
  4. Close the game and go play something else

I give up on TOS for this weekend. I might come back on tuesday after the next scheduled maintenance.

We’re tired, please do something! @STAFF_Yuri @STAFF_Ines @STAFF_Amy @STAFF_Letitia @STAFF_Ethan today is even worse, we can’t stay more than 2 minutes anywhere without being disconnected. People are quiting the game to play elder scrolls, dont starve, league of legends, terraria, bRO… I’ve lost more than 12 instanced dungeons/saalus/mercenarys and now I’m ass pissed as everyone else. Make a short maintenance to solve it, we REALLY can’t stay like this until thursday!!! PLEASE!! We can’t do NOTHING on the game! Dc all the time in all over the server!

More then 24h in this situation. I cant imagine how this company do this kind of erro when the chance of the game revive os coming…

None other. Even Nexon comes in during the weekends to fix it when bs like this happens. Maybe once they didn’t because they couldn’t fix the problem quickly since it was the result of heavy DDoS attacks, but this is very sad.

I want to see on the day of maintenance with new rank and new maps, will appear players of all places …

incontables multiplys, resets dungeons and principally tome x8 lost.

Have consideration for the players! Pack this up and give some compensation for so many bugs.

As they said, the new things are coming this month. But like this, how will we even PREPARE OURSELVES to the new maps and weapons? My guild are doing an intensive farming to have money and equips to the day it comes out… But now we can’t do nothing… I’m angry as f*ck. I don’t think it will be lots of players in this patch… not if we can’t even stay logged in :x

I lost many multiply, resets dungeons and cookies, channels are dropping all the time, Salus and TBL is impossible to do…

It’s getting reaaally annoying to play recently. Do something about it, you guys can. You’ve managed to get us all anxious about rank9 and are planning to launch it soon, but HOW can’t you fix the f***ing game before that?
You want money? We buy your stuff.
You want free translation? We readily offered our time.
You want to attract new players? We free advertised for you.
You want to remain online? We still gave a chance to the game.
WHY you don’t listen to us? You guys have a wonderful game in your hands but you really mistreat/mismanage it and us players. I’m aware we’re some sort of masochists but we’ll reach a breakpoint soon.

Well… we all know you probably don’t give a s**t to iTOS, but it’s worth trying.

Lol at you guys, you think you can stop DDoS with a button. I remember when Cipsoft (Tibia) had to deal with heavy DDoS attacks for 6+ months straight. Be patient, they already know what’s going on.

Something tells me a group of people have gotten the goal to choke out the remaining population out ot Tree of savior by crashing non-stop every important map channel in the game…
