Bug Description :
Non stop crashing, disconnect every 20 min. Getting kicked out of dungeons and losing the entry count. Buffs not working in dungeon .What’s going on? The game is unplayable!!!

This is getting very annoying… Please take a look at this issue. 
This is also happening to me and every other person I’ve talked to in my guild. I’ve lost over 5 Dungeon entries today… been disconnected from server an kicked to character selection over 20 times today. Please fix this…I’m going to goto sleep an hopefully when i wake up all is good im tired of dealing with this nonsense.
i found a solution but need to IMC check it firts to put a patch

From the past experience, IMC doesn’t work over weekend even if the server is down, so we will be suffering this all the way til maint
I’'ll told u that i did
1.- Do the things that supportme say (NOT WORK)
2.- Uninstall the game and resintall (NOT WORK)
3.- Uinstall totally the game with iobit uninstaller and reinstall (WORK)
Conclution some file is damage that it don’t goes when you uninstall the game it can be some of this
Why i think it:
Because since i uninstall the game with iobit uninstaller my game work when the ch crash my game don’t crash only sendme to character selection but not sure if are thoose the only files that keep when you uninstall the game by steam
Also i delete all the game not sure what happen if you delete only the ones in the picture if some problem i guess that you can go to verify game in steam and the files will be replaced
FInal conclusion:
A file that dont goes when you uninstall the game its the one that do the game cras
PD: currently new bug the game crash when you open guild info “Alt+G”

Bump, because even after 7 days before it was acknowledged, and 9 hours after it finally was, the issue still hasn’t been fixed. Absolutely appalling.
