So I’m a Cleric. Our main weapons are supposed to be Maces/Hammers and Shields, but we’re allowed to also equipped swords and rods. When I equipped a rod though, I don’t do the ranged auto-attack like mages do (My rod acts like a mace or a hammer.) and I do significantly less damage even if the damage on the weapon is higher than the one I currently have equipped.
So my question is, are weapons that aren’t based for your class tree weaker than your weapons that were intended to be used by your class tree?
