I can’t see a picture, and wrong section in the forums to post. But if it is what I think it is, log in as you normally do in game. Once you’re in, press the esc key until you see the icons to your right screen, click the one with the purple gear, and change language settings from “kr” to “English”
If that doesn’t work, change user.xml from “kr” to “English”
I’ve dealt with that bug before, and for some reason the language interface shifts from English to kr. It’s rare, but it does happen.
