Currently, I am living in SEA and can play on International ToS but I am moving to Taiwan soon. I would hate to be blocked for that reason alone, when I cannot speak a lick of Mandarin or Taiwanese. Other than that, I have made 7 friends play with me on ITOS and would hate to ditch them. +1 vote here!
