Recently just hit 41 and didn’t receive a stat point. A friend of mine had the same thing happen to them at 41 I don’t know if this is due to the amount of lag there is on the server or not. Ranking Class up as well didn’t award a Skill poitn.
I have the same problem as well. It will be nice to know if anyone else if having this and what we can do about it!
I also have not received any stat points… from around 32 all the way to 43.
Didn’t even get the level up “explosion”
I do however receive the class skills and can allocate them accordingly.

Same problem from hitting 29 to currently 32 have not gotten a single stat point
I’ve found out this is just due to the server lag. When things caught up I got like 5stat and 2sp
