No shout / horrible lag spike

Gameplay Bug Report Connection / Game Crash

Date and Time : since server transfer to [SA]Silute

Bug Description : I dont have shout chat not even the bar on top the screen show’s anything, i can receive pm’s and i can see the normal and party chat.
And i am unable to enter certain maps, i can only enter them on my friend house and on his account i cant enter those maps on my house, we have diferent ISP’s i use VIVO and he use’s Virtua.

  • Internet Connection : VIVO 1 mbps ( 10 Mega )
  • Country, Region : Brasil - São Paulo.
    I am only 1 hour from the capital, so my ping should’t be that big, the 0.01 is probably the right one.
    All the others are oscilation / spikes.

Finally some response to my tickets… but probably everyone received the same response.
I just hope this is fixed before F2P since it will be unplayable and the players trying to reconenct will be almost like a ddos.

Tomorrow free to play will launch and my issue was not yet fixed…
I just hope they do something that fix it on this maintenance.

Looks like two maintenances was not enough to fix it for me.
I have the same problem, it’s problably a connection overload in one of the routes that connect people using VIVO internet in São Paulo to the game server.

With a vpn program i can change from where i connect and take another route and i can play the game with shout / and enter the maps i was unable.
But i dont want to keep using something like that.
