I played in Beta, and haven’t played since then. I logged in yesterday, and I didn’t get either the new player package (since I haven’t played since before release, and had no characters made) or the returning player package. Not sure if this is a bug or what.
My team name is Hildeblue on Klaipeda.

Nevermind. I didn’t realize I had to go to the event notice board. A friend had told me to just check my mailbox.
