No quests on Zeteor Coast

Bug Description :
I don’t now if that’s a bug but I have no quests on Zeteor Coast and my character is 330.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Go to Zeteor Coast
2. Talk with revelator pudding
3. Nothing Happens
