So I arrived at Tenet after doing all the questsin Nefritas Cliff, and I talk to every NPC I can find but noone has a quest for me.
Do you think this is a bug or have I missed something?
And your level is?
if you are 10 lvls below the lvl of the map I think you can’t receive the quests
