No NPC for main quest in Demon Prison District1

There is no NPC in demon Prison District 1. The quest shows on the side but no NPC. I tried restarted moving to different maps, restarting game but no NPC shows up. This is like my 10th character so I know how this is supposed to go. There is definitely something wrong with the game right now.

same i did it already with 3 chars but with my wizz now can’t even start the quests, after talking to hauberg he asked me to go to demon prison district 1 (where the quests start) but i didn’t find any 1 anything :rage:
