I opened the level 2 chest in East Siauliai Woods for maple leaf but i didn’t get anything, is this supposed to happen?

(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)
I just walked up to a location of the level 2 chest, opened it and find nothing. Next I was trying to look for a chest on another channel. Still nothing.
