Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Get the debuff which doesnt allow u to use skills or AA
- Debuff got to 0 sec
- stays on 0 sec
Neither Cure or Fumigate saves u, only reloging works, which can mess everything up if you are in Item dun (first time and char) or in ET (2nd time and char)
