No answer for tickets for over week

I sent one, wait few days… no reply

sent another one, wait another few days no reply.

it’s been over week and even more.

Still no answer… thank you for support for founders ? much appreciated ? really ?
what is going on ?

Same here. I have a ticket still as “unanswered” since the 12th of April.

Asked my questions to GM Julie in a message board PM instead since the people who handle their support tickets apparently are asleep on the job.

Why do you think you’re more important than the 10,000 tickets out there including bot reports and whiners?

Wait in line or get rid of them.
And General Discussion is the wrong place to complain about this.

Maybe they are ? can you tell ?

Usally it takes around 3-4 days at maximum in every game regardless of reports and whiners.

At least if they can’t reply, let people know it will take time. I will gladly wait.
nowhere near impatience ! just wanna know i’m not just bein ignored !

and where else would I talk about a general topic, if not in the general disscussion ?

No, noone can tell, and the GMs can’t either when it got buried under a pile of unnecessary reports.
If you have any outstanding in-game issues, they go under Gameplay Bug Report or Gameplay Feedback.
If you have issues with players, they go under Gameplay Reports.
Depends on what your ticket is about.

yea this thread needs to be move to the bug section. this is not a general thread, not sure if anyone can help you other than gms, staff or support

you haven’t played very many games then.

in one game i used to play, people would make sad jokes about their tickets that have been unanswered for 3 years+

anyway, it’s like @acolyte said… there’s plenty of people ahead of you.
AND tickets are probably handled by priority as well.

“help my computer is on fire!” – “jfc call the fire dept don’t file a ticket!”
“hello, i’m kind of sad that i have to grind at level 200+” – “i think this guy can probably wait.”

and finally, you also need to consider that the IMC NA staff is quite small. there’s only a handful of them, trying to deal with thousands of us.
