They finally made Pole of Agony targetable now like frost cloud, no need to cast it point blank anymore, seems like they ninja changed it during patch, its like the KR one now ~~

Was the patch a ninja patch in KR too or did they make an announcement? I want to know the changes like how barrier was given an attribute or how slithering debuff was removed.
