Already 2+ weeks i have ignore from support and staff.Guys its ridiculous.You transfered my team even with canceled ticked and still didnt helped me to do something with my problem. I demand compensation because of this mistake.If you damn cant transfer me back or transfer my gf to me than just please give me back my packs or items.I spend 100+ dollars for ur ■■■■■■■ packs and just lost it because of this?? Im agree for new team on klapedia but give me back at least half of things that i bought.This is idiocy if I spent money for nothing!Also i lost my close game time, just nice…

This game has no proper support, the only way to get somewhere is to write directly to email. If you happen to find it somewhere on the forums you can try that, some people solved problems this way.

Let me get this right.
You were transfered to a new server (but not your girlfriend?) because you asked for it but suddenly realised that you didn’t wanted to transfer anymore (for what reason?) so you wanted to cancel it.
Unfortunaly for you, it didn’t worked, you got transferred.
It has been 2 weeks now that you’re waiting or an answer and you’re suggestion a solution that they gave you back your DLCs items you bought so they won’t have to transfer you back.
So, since you want to be able to play with your girlfriend, you restarted a new account on a new server that’s why you don’t have anymore access to your founders packs…
Can you tell me why your girlfriend didn’t just joined you on your new server where you’ve all the DLCS ?.. 
I’m not saying that IMC should not help you since they didn’t canceled in time you transfer when you asked for it. (I hope you really did tried to cancel it before the limit date)
After creation of ticket we talked about transfer 1 more time and we had idea about dont transfer to Fedimian.So , i canceled my ticked (on cancel button have info that if u deleted ticket its mean that no sugestion after cancel).But this doesn’t work and they anyway transfered me to Fedimian.
Btw, i canceled after 30 min of creation and its was on first day of transfers.They had more than week to see this lol
I just asking to give me back my dlc packs on another server or transfer my items/gf.There many things that they can do but they just pick their noses.

I remember transfers request could not be cancelled.
If you read the condictions to team transfers you will remember.
