Bug Description : Relaunch the client after latest weekly update, patch well but client won’t start.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Do maintenance update 30/10/2018
- Game patch accordingly in client progress indicator
- Client cannot start with error “The code execution cannot proceed because NGClient.aes was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem”
