Why it says the newcomer and returnee event will end in june 13 but it only june 7 and it already ends

The event notice is still there, but when I attempt to claim it nothing obtained.
It just says you have 4 character rewards left.

I lost the item that give x8 xp everyday for the returnee event
It doesnt seem like theyve posted anything about this but hopefully theyre working on a fix. Ill tag them just in case tho.

Check the Temporary maintenance announcement, they are fixing this.
