So lets hope its not like 1 boss will spawn in random location in 1 channel where a lvl330 whale player will 1 shot it leaving nothing behind for newbies to get xp bonus from.

If need you need the buff, either somehow find the boss before the ones who are scouting or get a high lvl dps char to kill it yourself and get xp buff on that char.
Lowbies ain;t getting any buff unless community allows them.

All maps are on Orsha side so legit need to ask for warp there for lowbies
Well, there is no competition. You just need to be near the thing when it die… So it’s up to good will and community pressure to make sure maxed out mains don’t gib it. Kind of be missing out on the XP boost effect to kill it with a capped level.

I really hope everyone waits at least 20 good minutes to kill the whale so everybody can warp and enjoy the event. Let’s see how it goes.

Lets see if you can get that “xp buff” on your lowbie alt 1st or those +21 orange practo weapons and solmiki set wielder kill the whale 1st.
But i really hope your speculation to be right on mark. And shouldn’t be like boss hunts where you get that spirit stone only of you are top 5 DPS and in party which will make lowbie chars to get a hit in and get the spirit stone.
You seem to think only the party that kills it gets the buff, but in the event it’s precised you don’t even need to kill it, just be near it when it dies.

i am talking whether the killers will even give you enough time to be nearby.
Since spawn spot is still not mentioned anyplace, i presume its random. So, you need to search for it 1st.
Now if a killer got it 1st then you can imagine what happens if he doesnt wait.
Its said “nearby” and doesnt said specific range. So, wont it be save to assume that you need to land up 1 hit beforehand to assure it>

Most people aren’t as much jerks as you seem to think (or maybe on your server they are :P). There are always some complete morons, but a lot of people will just say about it. There’s no reason to prevent others from getting the rewards.
And anyway, it’s every 2h.
And no, it is said you’ll get it even if you don’t attack it. “Near” most probably mean one-screen close. Like you need to see it on your screen to get it.
It’s not that awful/difficult, just run around the whale.
It seems completely feasible imo.

And all this is merely a speculation. I can be 100% wrong. But in the end better be safe than sorry.
If i catch this boss with my friends i never let any1 take the buff or loot. I m not workn for years to help leechers.

Haha everyone goes into ragemode straight off the bat. Always assuming the worst. All everyone has to do is to show up in time at a specified location and either sit on their asses or kill the whale. Instead of expecting people to wait for 20 minutes before killing it. How about you instead show up 20 min before the whale appears and make sure you get the buff when it actually spawn. They said that the whale spawn every two hours on even numbers. So expect it to be 2 -> 4 -> 6 and so on so on.

Isn’t map limit 100 players though? That means max 100 players can get the buff every 2 hours. On peak hours there might be some who won’t get the buff, even if others were kind co-operative enough. Unless the whale spawns on multiple locations or channels at once.
