No. First of all, you’ll need someone below to hold aggro and keep Paulius on range of the ballista. Second, you have roughly 20 secs on top until the fire comes back and each ballista shot takes roughly 3 secs to fire (given ya’ll are sharpshooters) and the ballista itself has 3 sec CD so no, that will not work.
