New to the game, can't decide on a pvp oriented build

Hi, like it says in the title i’m looking for a pvp oriented build but i also don’t want to suck at pve, i’ve been doing some research but can’t find the perfect one for me, these are the ones i’ve found:

CRYO C3 > KINO C3
CRYO C2 > KINO C3 > WL
W C3 > KINO C3 > WL
W C3 > KINO C1 > CRYO C1 > RUNECASTER > WL

Cyro 3 > Kino 3 > doesnt matter
Raise is super annoying to deal with and probably the most broken pvp skill in the game

Thanks! So that would be Cryo 3 > Kino 3 for now right? until the next one comes out. And how should i add stats, more CON than INT right?
