They are doing something slowly by slowly look at sapper now lolā¦
If they do thatā¦ It will destroy all higher class skill.
for ex
multi-shot = rank1 with multi-hit (in fact this skill = 1600% at lvl15 if rank1+300% then it will become 4800%with out attributeā¦9600%with full attribute)
or
barrage = rank2 with multi-hit (500% with 3overheat = 1500% with feint =3000% with full attribue = 6000% if all rank2 skill +250% then it will become 15000%)
normally this game have % dmg but show as multi-hit or fake multi-hit.
I think it will be better if they just nerf base power skill number in rank8/trans weapon system and Mob stats. But well it impossible right now because they do this for turn game into p2w.
