can anyone tell me exactly how the new subzero shield works, its formula for damage, does it scale with spr?
Gonna do some test when Cryo c2 but most of details have been post in the kcbt patch notes.
According to the video, it seems like ice shield that surrounding you with a freezing chance. Not understand the other column, hope someone can translate.
It would be interesting for a mage tanker build Cryo>Thaumaturge>Featherfoot
Transpose > Subzero shied > snowball rolling > frost pillar > blood sucking
(not forget swell right arm for +def) It could be stronger than any existing tanker
- Duration: 18-30s
- Freeze chance: 30-70%
- Freeze time: 6-10s
4-5: sp consumption & sp consumption with attribute
6-7: 15s cooldown & 20s cooldown with attribute
Cool, thanks! However, this only up to level 5, it could be up to level 11 with Ice Rod.
This is a good skill combo Snowball rolling, where the monster can hit you within the snowball and now you can freeze them.
So, at level 11:
Duration: 48s
Freeze chance: 130% ?? Even 100% already OP
Freeze time: 16s ?? 100% freeze and 16s, enough to freeze whole screen of mobs
sp consumption: 67
sp consumption with attribute: 63
Freeze chance 130% - you are frozen before you even start thinking of attacking enemy with shield.
or maybe it is there to combat possible freeze resistances mobs and/or players might have.
Donโt know it yet, I also think I saw somewhere that the Freeze chance has reduced by half.
Mean at lv1 is 15%, and up to level 10 could be 60% only.
Yeah, it was reduced at 12/12 patch: http://pastebin.com/04Psh4He
Sub-zero Shield: Ice properties changes, and is self-only application (not a party buff anymore), probability reduced.
I think due to Resist, having over 100 gives you a better chance of freezing.
I am not sure how the formula works, would that be [Caster SPR] x 130% - [Defender SPR]
True rate lower than 60% i dont know why imc do that
And true rate i seen before confirm up about 40%
I hope imc fix rate reflect soon
