So if I make a character on the new server coming on the 11th when Nov 11th comes ii have to spend 100 U.S. dollars to merge that character over to the normal server? I asked this on the steam site and was told this and that’s why making a character on these new servers is no good. Is this true?

This is being spread on the steam forums. On Nov 11th if you want to merge your character back on the normal server you have to buy 100 TP and spend it in the store. Which sounds really shady because on the event page it does not say this at all. If this is not true then a Dev needs to address this right away before the 11th.
The merge policy is listed under the Announcement for the Season Server. I’m unsure why anyone would believe someone on the forum over an offical announcement.

The growth servers also had the same policies, you only have to meet one of the conditions for your account to be merged
