May I ask why everyone mentioning they got a 400lvl exp card for reaching 450lvl in a new server as a reward? Because I do not receive anything despite trying to talked to every NPC in the town,especially the magic association NPC ，checking inventory,mailbox and market retrieve tab.Nothing can be related to the “Reward of max level in each team” as listed in the new world benefit buff. Am I Bugged？
