Hello, i want to know if i delet all mt characters and make my team lvl 1 again, can i join de New Savior event and level up 4 new characters? I asked by ticket, but they said “we are unable to provide any information regarding this matter however you may discuss this to our official forum website with other players.”

I did this. You must not participate in any veteran event. Delete all your character and pet (backup your things at team storage). When team lvl reaches 0 go take the new savior event package. Start once again. I’ve abused this quite a bit honestly.
I would not recommend deleting your characters to participate in the New Players Event.

Can you mail me a returning veteran event Rank Reset? I missed the 2week event and you only mailed me 1 instead of 4 (the amount of characters I have.) But I only need 1 moar to reset my Wizard.
