So I started exactly 8 days ago I’v been having fun and what not lot of people helped me out even bought some of those cool looking cubes. I wake up this morning happy to play and I keep getting this message and I don’t understand what it means.

What does this mean did I do something wrong I can’t see if it’s maintenance or not I put a ticket in but I’m confused
You account has been flagged/banned for some reason idk.
Send ticket and you should get response regarding it (why banned if legit or getting unbanned).

Welp great way to treat a new player I guess, spend money never respond ruin my morning and it looks more and more like they banned me for no reason I will not know because chances are I’m just going to quit at this point now.
Think I will message steam and ask for my refunds from what I spent on this game.

They didn’t even tell me the exact reason just I broke ToS Eula. Best way to treat new players who had a real interest in the game. Thank you for all your help people but I think this support is not my kinda of thing I will just tell my friend I was mistreated and will not play anymore.
The EULA is pretty standard but I’m betting it had something to do with this part:
(e) interfering with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Game (including cheating)
It’s a pretty broad rule and someone could’ve reported you for being a bot or something. Most of us who’ve been around a while can pick bots out but someone with less experience in ToS may not have known the difference.

ah, keep in mind that imc staff reside in korea, and there is a level of language barrier to take into consideration when conversing with them in english.

lol resolved only because you brought it to public attention by posting a thread as well as their response. Otherwise if you hadn’t and just ticket, like any other players, you’d probably be just left with that response.

Yeah, because he went public. More like community’s reaction and not interaction. Or more like IMC’s fear of community’s reaction.
But it kind of makes sense actually, it was always a bit like that: if you want solutions, go post/leak/complain publicly on the forums.
Also, I’m curious why he was banned in the first place and how exactly the whole thing was resolved. I guess we’ll never know.
knowing why will make those who have malicious intent infos to work around technicalities. so it’s understandable that it’s not normally revealed
If you look at the other thread, the explanation was simple: someone at IMC made a typo in the IP when banning someone and picked up lostsaja1990’s IP instead. This could happen to anybody as easily as dealing a wrong phone number…
