New player, character stats and skillset

So just started playing recently, and i went in the game blindfolded no guides or anything, and i noticed that most guides are extremely specific especially with the stats and skills, my char is very low> just 13 however, my stat and skill distribution just seems a little screwed already, should i just delete and recreate the character or are there any opportunities for resets? Aiming for shinobi if that makes a difference.

I’ve played other rpg’s and know that mistakes when distributing stats can cause major issues in late game and mid game.

To reset there are skill potions that cost TP (currency that you can get with real money)

As a first character, Shinobi is a long road to anguish filled with scented yellow flowers. Resets are there but I’m guessing you mean statwise, though yes, you aren’t even Rank 2 so remaking something that early on isn’t punishing at all to delete and change: Especially since you can just remake your character name when you delete.

As for the guides, yes, they specifically talk on behalf of our current Rank 7 meta. The reason I say this is because I do expect the Rank 8 meta to actually be quite different than the Rank 7 and change builds. But they are helpful for early peeps.
