It only means your computer didn’t reach the patch file list.
Every time you open the game, it does this checking for new updates, if it’s the same version you have, it will do an ok answer to the client to continue loading.

The title is missleading, cause IMC devs do not know what patches are. Good you realized you mean breaks.
