I don’t play Elememe but my bf is making one now.
I thought with the new Meteor change (and Agny) in KToS, Elememe won’t have to struggle so much anymore.
But, what about RC? RC got really nice buffs as well, and IIRC KToS also reduced many of its spells CD. And Holy based damage. Elememe>RC still bad?
There is a new meteor buff in ktos that reduces the cast time of level 10 meteor by 50%. If it works the way I think it should meteor with quick cast and new attribute will only take 2.5 seconds to full charge. 199k damage in 2.5 seconds is a lot of damage.
RC is pretty bad unless you are going for the Icewall PP combo for boss killing.

With fire skill of Elem, only hail have slow cast (meteor buff ktos), Maybe good ?
