I have been in circles in jeromel park…cant find the portal to get to jonael commemorative orb map…I also tried googling it…no luck…
ok got it…their is a balloon…but when you lag it gets delayed…

Go to the 5pm direction. There is a wood floor there. Wait for the balloon.
