New leveling guide?

I am back for the new patch,
now I am still hesitating for how to leveling,
I am a level 256 archer (Archer-QS-QS-QS-SCOUT-SCOUT-SCOUT, going to Hackerpell)
Hunting grounds 240 lv mobs are too hard for to solo grind, exp efficiency way too low.
Now I am just doing 230 dungeon 2 times a day.
Does anyone know how to solo leveling in this state?

By the way, I am considering buying a companion (bird) but I don’t know if it needs constant TP food to use it. Should I buy it for the future Hackerpell build?

Questing in your level range is one of the best ways to level and is very soloable. Continue doing the dungeons, make sure to explore, and if you want to grind Maven should still be able to work and isn’t overly difficult. You can do the Sialiau mission but the EXP falls off pretty hard past 220.

It doesn’t require TP food it’s just more efficient. There is normal food available at the Companion Trader.

Dungeon twice a day? Oh I’m bot sure if you alreadyvknow, but they have free dlc that comes with a 7 day token and 10 enchant scroll. It will help you so you can do dungeon 3 times a day.

For solo just go questing.
If you can find a party for lv 280-300 Hunting Ground thats really good exp.
You get full exp from monsters even if youre 30 levels under them now

Questing in level 240+ maps is the best way to increase your level in that range. Even pre-patch with my really bad Kabbalist I was able to soloquest my way up to the level 280+ maps,
so after the patch and with some decent weapon (most crossbows up to level 170 are relatively cheap; just buy some Chrisius Shooter, put 2 slots in it and farm some red gems until you have two 4 star ones; that’s what my Falconer uses atm and I think it’s good enough to last until level 300+) it will be really easy to just quest until you’re 280+.

Just do your daily 2-3 runs in Siaulai mission and 2-3 dungeon runs on top and you’re good to go.

I’ve been seeing shouts of 230 HG and even Elgos guides, so might as well consider that as an alternative too, i guess

Hi guys, what about the exp card saving? do we still have to do that in ToS? or can we just pop them up and compensate with dungeons/missions and HG?

I personally only use the cards now when I’ve run out of quests to do (with the Show Quests addon) since lvling feels way faster now.

Before patch dungeons give tiny exp and map monsters is much stronger.

After patch dungeons give you tons of exp,
now exp cards are not that scarce before you don’t have to save it.

Hey guys how about new characters? i plan on making a swordsman and im wondering at which point should i start doing the quests? i see people skip all of them early on and get to level 80-100 really fast by only killing monsters and doing dgs. They dont even bother doing the main quest like crystal mines / church.

The early quests for lvl 1-3 xp cards definitely seems not worth doing. People just go to tenet graden around level 20-ish and grind a bit till 50 or so (it seems really fast now).

what do u guys think?

yeah but he actually just popped hundreds of high lvl xp cards from another character to get to high levels. I need some info about leveling a regular character with no external benefits (or maybe a little bit).

I just tried a new team character on Fedimian server. Used 3 multiply tokens, 2 reset vouchers, 1 8x tomes, 5 cookies, 1 Goddess statue. And I got to level 1-126 in 40 mins. Left with 16 8x tomes, 3 reset vouchers, 4 one entry vouchers, 11 EXP tome(or 1 8x tome), 49 cookies.
So you don’t really need exp cards, unless you want to rush, just get to lv50 and start doing dungeons, you should be able to get to lv330 in 1- 3 days depending how hard you play.
Edit: Oh I still have that Clover didn’t use, another 100% for 1 hour each day.

Impressive someone can get to 330 in just a few hours, but its very inaccurate for most players. His team level is ridiculously high level and gets a huge bonus to experience, he has every zone explored so he gets tons of free experience cards, and probably used several reset/clear/multiply tokens for dungeons and missions.
