With the new server from Latin America, new beta keys will be released, correct?
These keys are intended for future players from Latin America, or will follow a possible registration list?

I believe keys will only be sent for players within Latin America. It wouldn’t make sense otherwise. They are probably going to check people IP range within Latin America and send keys to those that didn’t get keys. I hope if they do that they can prevent players from other regions using VPN to bypass the check and get even more keys to other places outside Latin America.
And these keys will probably only work with the Latin America server as well.
