We quickly need a fix for the people who are unable to get rewards at all because of the terrible mismanagement of the invite system.

The vast majority of MMO’s that have “Invite a friend” events (every one I’ve ever seen or heard of) -REQUIRE- you to use the code either before, or during account creation - certainly before you ever log into the game.

The failure to address this obviously likely scenario in the implementation of this event casts a very unflattering light on the game and your company. Addressing only those who received an overabundance of rewards, and leaving others to flounder, further aggravates the negative impression you are presenting.

Issue is still not fixed for people who used the code before creating the team and they are unable to participate in this event.

Staffs suddenly all vanished. Lmao. Another working day had already finished and there’s still nothing about this issue. Way to disappoint both current and aspiring new players.

my account is less than a month old, so I can not participate as a veteran or beginner? Right?

I’m kind of not so young and not so old for the event that you created and to participate only if I make a new acc and lose all my progress? Which is not much, but still is my progress.

Is not there any way you can get it back so no one is left out?

[Update] Code usage count has been reset for players whose codes have lost their validity because it was used before new players created a Team in-game. For all players affected by this issue, try to use your invitation codes again and make sure that the new player has created their Teams before entering the code on our invitation page. And for all future participants, the issues related to the Invite a Friend event have been resolved and all event-related content should now function correctly as intended.
Please try to use your code in order to apply the changes.

This is probably the lamest event since the one that allowed to farm Diamond Anvils. It just asks for people to create another account, link to their main and play the pseudo friend to get free stuff for the main. Or worse, link a bot to another bot and get more powerful bots… I’m just speechless…

I wonder what the new player event has been doing if this is the first bad one that gets people to reroll accounts.

earth to Draconis, people already rerolling using the new player event even before this one. And that event can be done more than once, where this one only allow a link once.
