And about the codes, when I tried to enter the code again It says the code is used already and cannot be used again.

that’s what were all waiting for.

Anyway the update isn’t really needed as you may not enter codes now if the account has no team created.

I assume everyone who’s having the issue did not receive any error message as well stating that the account where you are using the code does not have a team in it.

Yea it just goes in and activated the code instantly but once you go in-game and talk to the npc, you’ll get the not eligible error. I mean is it even our fault?

It isn’t. The ninja update was real. Hope this gets fixed QUICK. This is not a good way to greet the new players that this event is trying to garner. Bugs don’t get new players in their very first login. @STAFF_Amy

Just a follow up:

Was it to collect the rewards only when my friend reached the level of the event right?

What is happening is that I can collect the items before my friend gets the level and he still need to level up to pick his rewards, please IMC.
