Replying to everyone here. If the same team-name player is consistently afk from the beginning of the dungeon and you see him many times throughout the day doing the same thing, that’s offensive.
But if there’s a guy who while playing together suddenly afks for a bit, why would you guys be so angry? You don’t know what he’s going through in real life. What if he has to answer the door for pizza? What if his pot of frying oil is getting too hot and almost combusting? What if his baby is crying out of discomfort? (Maybe not the best examples)
Please be more mindful of others potential situation.
Not everyone has the luxury of sufficient free time to play without needing to multitask a bit.
I had these folks who got so irate after I afked for maybe five minutes to handle an urgent email irl. Like c’mon, I’m a casual player, I’m weak as hell, how much will five minutes of me not contributing delay your dungeon run?
Sorry, just so frustrated at how people are so quick to judge. It’s like they don’t want to do any work themselves in gearing their characters and want to rely on others to complete the dungeon as quick as possible. And when someone isn’t helping them achieve their goal they complain. That’s the attitude that I dislike the most.
