New character in same party as deleted one with the same name

Bug Description :
I deleted a character named Chihak. While being deleted the character was in a party. Then I created character with the same name and logged in. The new character was in the same party as the deleted one. I suppose this is minor bug, but still, I don’t think is an desired behaviour.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Create party with one character (C1)
2. Delete the character C1
3. Create second character with the same name (C2)
4. Character C2 will still be in the party in which C1 used to be

It’s not a bug.
A party is “team” wide. So all char in same team will be in same party.
