Did IMC give up on doing new C3 costumes?

A Psycho3 costume was also shown prior, dunno if K has it yet though…
I want a full black rogue costume :3
what’s the point of been a stealth assassin if you stick out like a sore thumb @staff 
if i am the developer, i will release all the coolest C3 costume to the least useful C3 class and the blandest costume to the most useful c3 class

I dont think traditionally Rogue ≠Assasins. Which is why many games explicitly classify them differently.
Rogue are more akin to being “bad/mischievous” but not shady mysterious figure as “Hassasshins” are.
If Rogue are Chaotic, while Assasin are Lawful.
Rogues are combat professionals who will do anything for victory. They’re specialized at ambushing enemies from behind using bows and daggers.

outside of weapons I want to refer to how they are portrayed. Rogues in most media are often depicted free spirited individuals who does crime for the benefit of themselves. while Assasin commonly depicted to belonging to an Order/Secret Society and does crime for the benefit of that group.
yeah! but look at rogue skills…
they are stealth base assassination skills and you never read the phrase Stealth Rogue when some is back-stab from the shadows 
Backstab is staple skill exclusively for ROGUES in all existing RPG with a Rogue Class.
you will never see that Backstab skill on an “Assasin class” in other games.

its not about popularity its about tradition. Most mechanics, skills, magic, creatures, classes, even some lore in every RPG/MMORPGs all goes back to its roots Dungeons and Dragons, a table top game.
the obscure game you presented, aside from Backstab, even has “archery”,“provoke”, for its “Assasins” class.
