I didn’t open my mail with the gifts of new players. Now, that pack has disappeared. I didn’t open it. I didn’t touch it.
Can I recover it?

If there was a time of expiration then no, i is gone, when you receive mails from the system you check the expiration date, specially the compensations, they expire within 3 days if i am not mistaken.
It didn’t. I didn’t open it, so, there’s no advice about a expiration date o.O
It should be in the bottom of the mail, at the list, something like this.
The one i am putting there is from the old Founders Pack, but compensations should have time on it, if the one you say is lost was from when you created a new account now at F2P stage it mostly likely to be a timed one or by mistake you pressed the delete function.
Well try send a ticket to support and see if they can do something.
