I opened the in-game mail that contained the compensation items, but the items never gave to my character
This may sound dumb, but did you actually select all items in the mail, press the recieve button and then choose the characer you wanted to give the items to?
yes, I clicked on the items and then clicked on the character I want it to send to, but the mail disappeared after that and I never got the items on any of the characters I have
Mails should never disappear though unless you specifically delete them or it expired. If you are talking about the compensation for the temporary fedimian maintenance then it expired yesterday. Perhaps it’s possible you tried to recieve it just as it expired?
