No TP when I got 100 TP bundle after game crashed!

I added money to Steam Wallet, then I bought 100 TP for NA servers, then tried to redeem it on Klaipedia server until the game crashed right after I clicking the ‘Use’ button! Then logged back in and saw no 100 TP Bundle to redeem and should have 109 TP! I like a refund or 100 TP please! I love this game but too upset I spended $10 for nothing!

I checked here - https://s5.postimg.org/cgm2kwzhj/NO100_TP.jpg I saw the bundle there and tried to redeem it until my laptop crashed and when I logged in again, it was gone and still have 9 TP when I should have 109 TP!
