Make it only have 3 overheat like every other skill like Iceblast and Flare which are complete garbage

As far as I remember it’s 3 overheats (unless IMC, as usual, messed up during the updates), enough to cast the 3 hits, but have low CD, I don’t remember if it’s 5 or 8 secs. Also, the Krausas Mace make the 2nd hit damage higher.

Or maybe rework those skills instead to be on par with Effigy?
